"Mike is amazing! My husband and I woke up last week to a leak in our kitchen ceiling coming from our master bath. We called a plumber who essentially just guessed where it might be coming from. He caulked the drain and said if that didn't work we'd have to rip up our shower floor for the tune of $1600 to assess the problem. Unfortunately the water spot kept growing and we decided to get a second opinion as we weren't prepared for a bathroom remodel. After reading Mike's reviews on Yelp, I decided to give him a call and after a few minutes on the phone I knew I had found my guy. Mike is a genuinely kind and honest person. You can tell he loves his work! Within ten minutes of arriving, Mike found the leak by opening up the ceiling and saving my shower floor! I appreciated how much time he spent with me showing me what he was doing and why. He was thorough, thoughtful, quick, and fairly priced.
